A longer road loop that earns its distance — 64 metres of climbing through Coronation and Springwater Parks in the first three kilometres before opening out through Dales Lane and Ringley to Outwood Country Park. The Manchester, Bolton & Bury Canal brings you home past Nickerhole Clough on a flat finish.
