An on-tour loop from Burrs Country Park to Summerseat and back, with 115 metres of rolling elevation across 9k spread across several smaller climbs along the Irwell valley. Burrs Country Park frames both ends of the route and the river stays close throughout — good trail surfaces and plenty to look at.
