A circuit of Clifton Country Park following the Kingfisher Trail through Giant's Seat Wood and past Clifton Marina, with a stretch along the abandoned Fletcher's Canal towpath adding character underfoot. Relatively flat at 43 metres over 5.2k — a pleasant, well-signed woodland run.
