Head out from the market and up over the canal onto the Banana Path — the tarmac track running above the water between Radcliffe and Ainsworth. One full loop of the path and back brings you just over 5k with a single steady climb and an easy drop back to the towpath. A favourite with regulars for its consistent surface and simple navigation.
